HUNTSVILLE, AL. - January 22, 2019 – The U.S. Navy has announced Teledyne Brown Engineering as one of the awardees on the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) contract vehicle. The five-year contract has an additional five-year option and a total value of up to $50 billion for all awardees. This contract vehicle allows participants to bid on tasks for engineering, scientific and technical support services for the Navy. 

“We are proud to continue providing work for the Navy and our country,” stated Jan Hess, President of Teledyne Brown Engineering. “This contract will allow opportunities for us to provide engineering services, technology and support needed to increase the military’s capabilities and agility.” 

The Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research and the United States Marine Corps are anticipated to issue task orders as a part of this vehicle for Engineering Services and Program Management Services under the SeaPort NxG. 

There were multiple awardees on this indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that was awarded on December 3, 2018.
