Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. based in Huntsville, AL, was one of eight companies awarded contracts for the Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I) Domain 1 program by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) worth up to $3.038 billion.
D3I will be used to conduct research for the development of hardware components and software solutions for space, high altitude, missile defense, information integration and data exploitation, and enhanced warfighter capabilities. The program is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with work locations and funding to be determined as task orders are issued.

This effort will allow the Teledyne Team to support USASMDC/ARSTRAT in developing a broad range of hardware components and software solutions for space, high-altitude, and missile-defense, to enhance the U.S. Warfighters’ capabilities. The contract will be active through February 2026.
