February 19, 2019 - Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. has successfully demonstrated its fuel cell power system (FCPS) at the Narragansett Bay Test Facility in Newport, Rhode Island, and the General Atomics Subsea Power test facility in San Diego, California. The demonstration at the Narragansett Bay Test Facility included powering a resident remote operated vehicle (ROV) while it performed ship husbandry activities such as ship hull inspections.

January 22, 2019 - The U.S. Navy has announced Teledyne Brown Engineering as one of the awardees on the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) contract vehicle. The five-year contract has an additional five-year option and a total value of up to $50 billion for all awardees. October 22, 2018– Teledyne Brown Engineering was awarded a follow-on contract to maintain and enhance their suite of medical planning tools, including the Joint Medical Planning Tool (JMPT) and the Medical Planners’ Toolkit (MPTk) with the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) under the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) contract vehicle. The contract has a potential value of $9.8 million over 2 years.
