Mission Systems supports a wide array of DoD, DHL, and Aerospace customers. Teledyne serves as the design authority under the single award IDIQ Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) contract with the U.S. Missile Defense Agency. The OSF will be the centerpiece test and simulation framework for all elements of the missile defense system and, for the first time, will tie together the Digital Simulation Architecture with the Single Stimulation Framework.
In addition, we are a major contributor to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) effort. The contract leverages U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assistance services. The program is divided into four domains: Technical, Programmatic, Logistics, and Business and Analytical services, with each having multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) awarded to pre-established teams that are renewed annually. We are a partner on multiple BPAs, crossing all four domains supporting both large and small business Primes.
Mission Systems is also serving as the prime with the Navy Health Research Center to develop the Joint Medical Planning Tool (JMPT) and conduct medical logistics studies and analyses. Additionally, we are actively engaged in all aspects of the SPAWAR Charleston, South Carolina, IDIQ programs in C4ISR, Cyber, and Tactical Vehicle integration.
