As Vice President of the Energy and Environment Business Unit of Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., Gard Clark manages a portfolio of engineering, fabrication, and management and operations projects in the chemical, nuclear, environmental, and advanced energy fields.
Clark’s experience at Teledyne includes serving as Laser Uranium Enrichment Manufacturing and Testing Plant Manager and Project Manager. Prior to joining Teledyne Brown Engineering, Clark served for 27 years in the US Navy as a submarine officer, culminating with command of USS DALLAS (SSN 690). He also served as a Department of Defense Acquisition Professional and Program Manager for the Naval Sea Systems Command Program Office responsible for Special Operations Forces Undersea Mobility managing Deep Submergence Systems, including miniature submersibles and support systems operated by Special Operations Forces.
Clark holds an Associate’s Degree in Mathematics from Jamestown Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science from the US Naval Academy, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the US Naval Postgraduate School. He has also attended numerous military schools and is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College Executive Program Managers Course.
