Jack Ickes has over 30 years of experience in engineering, business process improvement and change management.
Ickes has used his expertise in the areas of process re-engineering and best practices to return projects, business segments, and companies to profitability over the course of his career. Ickes has developed extensive knowledge of airborne imaging and the resulting geospatial data products and specializes in this area.
He joined Teledyne Brown Engineering in 2015 and is responsible for oversight of the Geospatial Solutions business segment.
Prior to joining Teledyne Brown, Ickes ran his own company, Ickes Group LLC, providing consulting services to companies in the Geospatial market.
From 2011 through 2014, Ickes was President of the Geospatial Solutions Division within Leica Geosystems. There he was responsible for the aerial sensor business generating over $80 million in annual revenue. He oversaw acquisitions that expanded the business to include bathymetric, mobile and UAV sensors bringing the combined business to approximately $100M in annual sales.
