The DESIS hyperspectral imager, operating on the International Space Station, has been acquiring imagery since October 2018. DESIS is a pushbroom sensor with 235 bands in the visible through near-infrared spectral region and a 30 m ground sample distance. Sensor performance specifications are provided in the table below:
