Annual Service Awards

Employees are recognized for their years of service to the company.  Monetary awards are given based on years of service.

Achievement Awards

Four achievement awards are given annually:

  • Support Employee of the Year
  • Technical Employee of the Year
  • James M. Scherer Administrative Employee of the Year
  • Dr. Harry J. Watson Engineer/Scientist of the Year.

Fellows Program

The Fellows Program recognizes individuals in the company who have made outstanding lifetime contributions or achievements in the fields of engineering and science.

Associates Program

This progressive recognition program for engineers, analysts, and scientists acknowledges achievements and incentivizes career advancement.

President’s Award for Outstanding Performance

The President’s Award for Outstanding Performance recognizes employees for accomplishing a particular job assignment or task in an outstanding manner.

Teledyne Rewards

Employees are recognized for their achievements and performance with Teledyne Reward Points that are redeemable for TBE merchandise.
