Vehicle Systems
Teledyne Brown Engineering has experience and expertise in the engineering and fabrication of various types of vehicle systems. Some of our products include the following:
- Aircraft Loaders - For the U.S. Air Force, we developed prototypes for the Small Aircraft Loader and 60K Loader. Hydraulically powered and with four-wheel steering, it operated on or off the tarmac, handled 25,000 pounds of cargo, and they were air-transportable.
- Armored Vehicles - In the Army's Armored System Modernization (ASM) Program for providing a common chassis for a future family of vehicles, we were responsible for the armor development, system software, and system integration.
- Unmanned Aerial System - our Prospector UAS is an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), multi-mission solution for the Manuever Forces Commander.
