Welding
eledyne Brown has a 4,000-square-foot facility devoted to electrical and electronic assembly. The area is environmentally certified to Class 300,000 with the floor electrostatic-sensitive-devices (ESD) certified. There are 38 ESD workstations and a full complement of test equipment and calibration standards. A 840-square-foot room certified to Class 10,000 is available for special electronic assembly and experimentation.

- Robotic welding
- Optical-trace burning
- Silver brazing
- Plasma-Arc Cutting.
The facilities also include heat-treatment, blast-cleaning, and paint-finishing shops.
Our welders are certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sections III & IX, ANSI/AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.6. Teledyne Brown is the holder of Certificates of Authorization to use both the "N" and "NTP" Stamps. Penetration joints can range from less than 0.1 inch up to 4 inches.
